pen in sketchbook – pilot p-500 extra fine
This week’s topic for Illustration Friday is Mask.
The other night, I had this dream of a masked man with an epee. Today, I continued the dream during my morning break at work…then sketched him while taking the train home.

Your drawing are awesome! In french i would say you got a “bon coup de crayon” .. which in english would be ..hm.. you got a great pen line?! anyway! great work!
Your drawing is fantastic!! I’m drawing a blank on what an epee is…duh. Thanks for your nice comments on my sketch
So funny how your steed and swordsman both have a mask, a little incognito is important when slaying or defending yourself for whatever comes your way.
Your sketch is great and lots of fun to look at, and imaginative take on “mask”.
nice work, I love the first one,it’s very dynamic and what a sweet horsie
most excellent sketches…

I admire those, like yourself, who can draw perfectly with the pen. On the train too. How you do it, that’s a million dollar question!

The top one with the sword extended out to the right is AWESOME Robert!
I have a nice little scar on my arm where I was caught just so with the side of an epee, ye-ouch,I still remember its bite! These drawings are so alive! The one head is very intense.
these are absolutely amazing! gold star for you!
